I swear, Chuck is parodying Invader Zim but I DON'T CARE HE'S AWESOME! He seems to share a rivalry with Fastener, but am I the only one who sees them as a potential love-hate relationship pairing? XDD

I had so much fun drawing this =3= I got lazy with Fastener though, cuz I drew Chuck first and I nearly just stopped drawing this altogether @__@; I'm happy I made them badass though o3o
